Spencer He
Spencer is a junior majoring in Business Administration with minors in Applied Analytics and AI Applications. Over past summers, he has worked on AI and analytics projects in venture capital and startups. This upcoming summer, he’ll be interning at KPMG in finance and tech consulting. In his free time, Spencer enjoys badminton, coffee, and latte art.
Shreyas Nailadi
Shreyas is a Junior from Avon, Connecticut, majoring in Political Economy and minoring in Management Consulting. This past summer, Shreyas worked as a Corporate Strategy Intern for Cyient alongside interning at RNDATX as a Research Assistant. He is currently looking to pursue a career in both law and consulting. In his free time, Shreyas loves to golf (poorly), listen to music, and travel.
Rajan Khanna
Raj is a Sophomore majoring in Business Administration with a minor in International Relations. In addition to his role in TCC, Raj is actively involved on campus as a PAL and research assistant at the Marshall School of Business, as well as a member of SCIA and Project RISHI. This past summer he interned at The Advance Group as a Political Consulting Intern. His career aspirations reflect his passions for consulting and international business.
Jason Marino
Will is a Junior studying Mechanical Engineer on a computational path with a minor in Artificial Intelligence. He’s served in various executive roles in the non-profit, Team Awareness Combatting Overdose. Will worked for Northrop Grumman in their space division but his love for creative solutions has resulted in building skills in consulting. In his free time, Will enjoys surfing, scuba diving, camping, and skiing.
Saniya Patel
Saniya is a Freshman majoring in Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation at IYA. Saniya has started her first semester with TCC this year, and is interested in pursuing a career in either finance, business, or design after graduating. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, going to the gym, traveling, and painting.
Thea Clara Burhan
Thea is a Sophomore from Singapore majoring in Business Administration. She is multilingual in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia. Her interests span from consulting, economics and other areas of business. Outside of TCC, she is also involved in the Impact Investing Group, MOVE and the Trojan Investing Society. She enjoys photography, skiing and cafe hopping.
Yana Gupta
Yana is a Junior majoring in Health and Human Sciences with a minor in Business. Yana has been with TCC since her sophomore year and has been involved in clubs like SCHCG, USC Zeher, AMA, and Trojan Health Volunteers. This past summer she interned at MARAbio as a Business Analyst Intern and Nao Medical as a Clinical Intern. Yana plans to work in the consulting industry after graduation before applying to medical school.
Jackson Laite
Jackson is a Sophomore majoring in Economics with a minor in applied analytics. Jackson has been a part of TCC since his Freshman year and has also been involved in clubs like Trojan Finance Academy, Global Investment Society, and MREFA. This past summer, he interned at Vorys eControl as a Sales and Operations Intern. Jackson hopes to pursue a career in either investment banking or management consulting after graduation.
